Refund policy

 

At Alza Jewels, owned and operated by ALZA TRADING LLC FZ, we take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and carefully inspect each piece before delivery.

  • Refunds or exchanges are available only in the case of a confirmed manufacturing fault.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, along with any certificates provided.

  • Customized, engraved, or altered items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
