4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are normally delivered within 7 business days in the UAE, but please allow up to 2–3 weeks.
Shipping is insured until delivery and requires a signature upon receipt.

5. Returns & Refunds

Refunds or exchanges are provided only in the case of a confirmed manufacturing fault.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, with certificates (if applicable).
